This is an exciting time to join the deafPLUS team as we expand and improve our online offer. This role will involve maintaining and developing our online booking system (Book an appointment), our corporate website, and our online infoHUB (Information Hub) which provides accessible information on areas such as housing, benefits, and debt.
The UK-wide adviceline service is funded by the National Lottery and provides accessible information and advice to Deaf British Sign Language users through digital video platforms such as Skype and FaceTime, and via email.
