MAS Telecare Advisor and Driver

 
deafPLUS is seeking one Mobile Advisory Service (MAS) Telecare Advisor / Driver to go out into the community. Work will involve face-to-face contact with the general public, giving support of obtaining information via digital means and/or digital shopping, demonstration of equipment, handling enquiries and signposting on to other relevant organisations.

Advice Line Caseworker - Scotland and Northern Ireland

 
It’s an exciting time to join the deafPLUS team as we expand and improve our Advice Line. It is the first point of contact for Deaf British Sign Language users to obtain accessible face to face advice over online video. The service will also provide accessible advice via text chat and email.
