Operations Manager

deafPLUS has a vacancy for a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our senior management team, taking responsibility for all our front- line advice and support services.

As our Operations Manager you will have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Deafness and hearing loss, the challenges it presents for people in accessing services and you’ll bring your wide-ranging management skills to this varied and challenging role.

You will be managing people, projects, budgets and contracts, ensuring that all services operate in compliance with legal and ethical standards and in line with the deafPLUS Mission Statement. You will have knowledge and understanding of the charity sector, including sourcing funding and relevant quality standards. You will have an innovative and problem-solving approach, constantly seeking new ways to improve quality and drive forward the Charity.
