deafPLUS was successful in being assessed for the Community Legal Service Quality Mark for General Help.

This is a Quality Mark which assesses the actual advice which we provide to our clients and we have been found to be fully compliant with the assessment criteria.

We initially were awarded this in 2004 and the time came for us to be re-assessed this time round, which we passed with flying colours and confirms our on-going commitment to outstanding quality in service delivery. This comes hot on the heals of our matrix Standard assessment earlier this year.
