Support Forums:
The South office coordinates several forums for hard of hearing people aged 60 plus. At these forums we provide much-needed social and emotional support for hard of hearing and recently-deafened people, along with information sharing and the occasional trip out and other social gatherings. Members enjoy meeting one another and learning from each other’s experiences and assist each other in developing strategies for coping with the sudden onset of deafness.
